It is natural to think about things at the beginning of a year...  What's going good...

Here at the Grandma Rosa Company there are 7 spiritual laws we like to work by.... Although we are not perfect, we try to keep these principles in mind.
These 7 principles are something you may want to consider if You are looking for work.... Or thinking of changing your job.... Or if you have a business.... Or are thinking of starting a business.... 

1.  The pursuit of money without love is spiritually empty and eventually will burn you out...
2.   Use your pursuit of money as a tool for continued learning and spiritual growth.
3.   Profit should never be earned from taking advantage of others who are suffering.
4.  Give to others what you wish to receive for yourself.
5.  It is by working to serve others, that we are financially rewarded.
6.  Employers, Employees and Customers all create a spiritual partnership based on mutual trust.
7.  The spiritual purpose of a business is to serve the community that supports it.

I realize this may seem a little unrealistic...  (Especially if you have a pile of bills and you need money badly.)...  But over time,  if you do find a working environment that feels like it is operating according to these principles, you will probably love your job.... And you'll probably be more successful, find your work more fulfilling and stay with it for a longer time... Plus you'll have a sense of purpose,  which will make you feel healthy and good,   really good... Just about everyday!
